Waiting lists are generated automatically at hospital, state, regional and national levels from data uploaded by transplant centres.
- Automated and transparent allocation — protocol-based algorithms aligned with THOTA (Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act) guidelines, allocating retrieved organs strictly on medical priority, geography and urgency, eliminating discretionary bias.
- Hospital and stakeholder integration — registered hospitals, ROTTOs and SOTTOs log transplant procedures, organ retrieval alerts and recipient updates within mandatory timeframes (e.g. 48 hours post-procedure).
- Digital identity verification — integrates mobile and digital ID platforms for pledges and issues authentic digital pledge certificates.
- Real-time organ tracking — interoperable with the NOTTO Mobile App to monitor movement of retrieved organs along green corridors and transport routes.
