- The EWS candidates need to possess the “Income & Assets Certificate” as on the closing date of the application window. A Competent Authority shall issue such a certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India.

- They belong to the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL)
- They possess a valid OBC (NCL) certificate issued on or after August 1, 2021, but before the closure of the registration window
- PwBD is eligible for cumulative age relaxation benefits in case they belong to reserved categories
