The move follows the MSME Ministry’s 30 June 2026 notification making it mandatory for all Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) to settle MSME invoices through RBI-regulated TReDS platforms — a deliverable of Union Budget 2026-27’s 4-pillar TReDS reform package announced by FM Nirmala Sitharaman in her 9th consecutive Budget.
