- Improvement of Fish Production: Target to develop the production of fish up to 22 million metric tonnes in the year 2024-25.

Sustainable Practices: Besides improving fisheries management, promote sustainable aquaculture practices. - Support to Fishers: Financial and technical support to fishers, fish farmers, and aquaculture entrepreneurs.
- Skill Development: Training and capacity building of youth and women in the fisheries sector.
- Focus Areas: Marine and Inland Fisheries, Post-Harvest Infrastructure, Financial Inclusion.
- Outcomes Colloquy: Increase in fish production and export potential, Employment generation, Growth in income.
- Other Schemes: Integrated with other government schemes to ensure self-sufficiency and employment in the fisheries sector.
Completely Aquaculture, Almost Exclusive Mariculture: This diversion will therefore have a broader and enhanced development of seafood, aquatic animals as well as aquatic plants.
