PARIVARTAN — Programme for Accelerated Renewal and Incentivization of Vehicle Assets for Reducing Transport Air Pollution and Network Emissions
- A vehicle scrappage and fleet renewal programme
- Replaces pre-BS-IV and BS-IV commercial trucks and buses registered in Delhi-NCR
- With BS-VI compliant or electric vehicles

- Implementing Ministry: Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH)
- Funding Agency: National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB), under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs
- Aim: phase out and replace over 2 lakh older, high-emission commercial trucks and buses across the NCR, to curb vehicular air pollution and particulate emissions.
