Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched PMGSY-4 in Ichhawar, Sehore district, Madhya Pradesh.
The programme included the foundation stone for 36 roads approved under the scheme.
Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) aims to provide all-weather road connectivity to eligible rural habitations.
Rural roads improve access to markets, schools, healthcare and other essential services.
