RBI Grade BNABARD ESISEBI
- RBI cancelled the Certificates of Registration (CoRs) of five NBFCs and accepted the surrender of licences by eight others during 4–31 August 2026.
- The five cancellations were Dar’s Financial Services, Rolta Holding and Finance Corporation, Vasudeo Securities, Parsoli Corporation and A C Choksi Financial Services.
- The action was taken under Section 45-IA(6) of the RBI Act, 1934.
- Among the surrendered licences, some entities exited the NBFC business, while others were merged/dissolved or reclassified as entities not requiring NBFC registration.
