  • The Ministry of Finance kept Small Savings Scheme (SSS) interest rates unchanged for Q3 FY27 (October–December 2026).
  • Rates have now remained unchanged for 14 consecutive quarters.
  • The last revision was made in Q4 FY24.
  • SSS instruments are government-backed savings products administered mainly through Post Offices and designated banks.
